  1. 1963 Corvair Monza Spyder, parts or restore, NO TITLE!!!! This is the turbo model. I bought it for the interior but never used it. It's missing the engine but has a bunch of engine parts in the trunk. Also missing gauge cluster and glove box, has some floor rust but not terrible. Don't want to part it out but if there's enough interest (at least $500) I might. All glass is good, seats are pretty good, dead and/or dying yellow jackets included at no charge. Tires will hold air and comes with some extra wheels. Serious inquiries only, I do not speak Corvair so be specific with any questions!!! Cash only or might trade for old gas station memorabilia, pumps signs etc. Thanks!

  3. I have a complete 322, 55 or 56, how do I tell the year?
  4. I would defer to the Buick experts on 55 to 56 compatibility but I believe they are the same and yes I still have it. It still has everything on it including window.
  5. still have bumpers and at least one passenger fender, the drivers side fender is spoken for I believe.
  6. wow, I had to google kaaba. That is pretty impressive, definitely stand out in a crowd! Thanks
  7. as a fellow S&S owner I'd love to see a pic of your hearse if you could post one, thanks
  8. Looking for 4 Stromberg 97 carbs. In the interest of full disclosure these are for a hot rod project, all my cars are stock with the exception of this. No restorable Fords will be harmed for this project. I have stuff that I have been setting aside for years, it's on of those, always wanted to build things. Looking for decent, reasonably priced rebuildable carbs. Thanks, Merry Christmas and a happy and prosperous New Year to all!
  9. I turned the key but was met with stony silence.
  10. sorry no, just passenger side door, hood sold.
  11. There were many after market mirrors made, most likely that's what it is.
  12. Here's a set on Ebay, they're the more uncommon louvered ones eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices
  13. Nobody beat my 55 Chev, 427 rat, m-22, 4:11, dad made me sell it after the 5th ticket
  14. More likely a Ford Sportsman, no such thing as a Zephyr convert woody. If it is a Sportsman you should try an d buy it, very rare.
  15. Don't know where you heard that but it's not true. I had the great pleasure to meet him a couple of times. He was quite a wheeler dealer and I doubt he would mind advancing his collection and it's care by selling some cars. Before you accuse someone (the proverbial they) of ripping him off you should get the facts and not accuse wildly.
  16. really depends how close, could be lots of different things, maybe they got a letter or 2 wrong. Anyway you can get a pic of what's left or look at it yourself?
  17. aren't they the ones that sell in the $3,000 range?
  18. I hope you guys are kidding, it's hideous. Reminds me of one of those Tbirds with the 50 ford kit, lot's of work, not much taste.
  19. The series 33 is an L head engine, not a T head
  20. Nada's lower number is not a car in poor condition, it reads as follows This vehicle would be in mechanically functional condition, needing only minor reconditioning. The exterior paint, trim, and interior would show normal wear, needing only minor reconditioning. May also be a deteriorated restoration or a very poor amateur restoration. Most usable "as-is". Some of the vehicles in this publication could be considered "Daily Drivers" and are not valued as a classic vehicle. When determining a value for a daily driver, it is recommended that the subscriber use the low retail value. The 41 does not meet this description, it needs a full restoration and is priced fairly for what it is.
  21. I mean to hijack this thread If you like that one you should buy my 42, far more rare, far better condition for $8500 firm
