  2. The pics of Lucy and Ricky reminded me of their movie "The Long Long Trailer" so here's a clip of it when they're pulling the trailer up a steep mountain road....
  3. I think you can rule this one out unless they have palm trees up there....
  4. This is from an old thread on this site posted by "Grandpa" in 2008 which hopefully hasn't been added to this thread yet.... "Pictured is a 1933 Duesenberg Model J Judkins Berline, one of two made of this body type. This car was purchased new by Frank Yount at the 1933 Chicago Auto Show for his wife Pansy. She donated the car to a WWII scrap drive in the area of Lexington, KY. The car is pictured at the scarp yard with the tires removed for a more accurate weight. The J-xxx number of the car is not known. No identifiable parts of the car have been found. If any forum readers have information or other photos of this car, please post them. I will pass the information on the Duesenberg historian Randy Ema. If only I had a time machine. Grandpa"
  5. Shouldn't the strap be a little closer to the front of the car? Or better yet, how about using two straps?
  6. Check out this short video of a Covid checkpoint in the Philippines. How many bikers here would allow someone to give them a shower and shampoo while fully dressed and sitting on a motorcycle? https://www.liveleak.com/view?t=s9iGu_1597100378
  7. I see a lot of driving videos but since the title says diving videos I thought I would post this one....

  11. Thanks for the info. My next question is what are the two square pieces in the headliner of the passenger compartment? Are they part of the intercom system?
  12. Unless they are only driven a quarter of a mile at a time....
  13. Why don't the front and rear seats match? Did it come from the factory like that? https://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/cars-for-sale/cadillac/unspecified/2421330.html#&gid=1&pid=1

  16. I know a lot of you guys aren't into street rods but there are always thousands of old cars there that aren't street rods like stock prewar vehicles, lots of cars from the '50s, '60s, '70s and '80s, etc. The majority of it is outside in the parking lot so you don't have to worry about being packed into the middle of a large crowd indoors. Check it out if you get a chance.... https://nsra-usa.com
  17. He sent me the same interior pics that Greg posted plus this sideways trunk pic....
  18. I called Roger and asked about the car. He's owned it for 30 years and said that the battery won't hold a charge. He said that the interior was redone and is the best part of the car. He said some college kids painted it a few years ago and it's still in decent condition. He just drives it around his small town and didn't know how it would do at 60 on the freeway. He's going to text me some pics tonight so I will post them here after my wife emails them back to me....
  19. In the background is that the back half of a Pinto wagon with the porthole windows?
