  1. While I have parts of one, I grabbed these photos from a for sale ad elsewhere. Richard Quinn is he man to accurately answer your questions on these.
  2. Possibly Buick or Chrysler? Aluminum. 4 1/2" wide. 6" long. 3 1/2" bolt spacing. Casting number on bottom: 69604 U
  3. I could use that beehive red lens shown in yours.
  4. Compare to this NOS example
  5. Is it missing the plate that says "STUDEBAKER STOP" ?
  6. No names or numbers on it. 5" tall 6 1/2" diameter 2 1/4" throat Buick or Chrysler? That's a guess based on the cars from the estate.
  7. Tag says 33 DeSoto, but I kinda doubt it. Is this simply an aftermarket item? E.A. Laboratories Brooklyn, NY
  8. That windshield fits the 53-54 Estate Wagons of DeSoto and Chrysler. But not the 8 passenger wagons. I do not know the difference between all the other windshields for those years, except the 8 passenger wagon windshield is taller.
  9. And a 1960 Dodge truck in the background.
  10. Wait 'till they're told you have to have a special license to drive a tandem axle vehicle. At least in California.
  11. Sorry, I have not been active on the Forum. Yes, it is.
  12. Post this in the Studebaker Forum and I'm sure you'll get some good help there, probably with pictures. The Junkyard Forum isn't going to generate many looks.
  13. To the original poster: Is it the glass you need? If so, the pattern number is 4156S. Go to a long time autoglass shop and ask if they still have old NAGS patterns. Or there are services on-line that will cut to the old patterns they have computerized.
  14. Some research might find it is the same as a 55-56 Chrysler windshield, maybe convertible only (!). It looks the same to me. Don't suppose there are a lot of Dual Ghia specialist out there to consult with. But some careful measurements could probably find your answer. 55-56 Chrysler and DeSoto convertibles have a unique windshield. All other body-styles use a different one. The measurements are very close between the two.
  15. Hah. Just saw it in the garage this past weekend and thought i should list it again. Forgot I had listed it here. Check your PM.
  16. Been meaning to post this, and now it's tomorrow! https://centralvalleyestates.com/item/362-september-6th-7th-super-massive-lifelong-antique-car-parts-coin-op-advertising-collection
  17. These parts are the same as 54 C-1 and 55-56 C-3 Dodge trucks. And the fender may be the same up to 57. Not as common as Ford or Chevy, but at least you're not limited to just FARGO.

  19. Gary, I suggest you get in contact with THE OLD MOTOR website to help with the driver's I.D. An amazing amount of history is known and shared there.
  20. Turner's Auto Wrecking in Fresno.
