Abitibi Railway & Navigation Co looks to be in Canadian, so may be a McLaughlin Buick

Abitibi Transportation & Nävigation. Co.—We are advised that the railway built by this company from the terminus of a Timiskaming & Northern Qntario. Ry, branch at Iroquois Fails to Hughes,. Ont., on the National Transcontinental. Ry., is 15.76 miles long, and was opened for traffic Dec. 23, 1922.

Also it has the many bolt (about 12?) rear hubs - the Master has only six.
