jrbartlett
I'm going to be in the Scranton - Pocono area over the Thanksgiving weekend, thru Monday. Is there anything old-car-related going on in the area during this time? Any collections or museums that I should try to see? Many thanks.

PFitz
If you don't mind a bit of a day trip, about an hour and 20 minutes north of Scranton is the Northeast Classic Car museum in Norwich NY. Over 150 antique cars and more to see. https://www.classiccarmuseum.org/ Paul

TerryB
Glenn Curtis museum in Hammondsport NY is great. It's about 1 1/2 hrs from Scranton. Cars, motorcycles and airplanes all under one roof. Terry
A. Ballard 35R
You may find it interesting to go up the Giants Despair hill climb course in Wilkes-Barre. It is one of the oldest hill climbs and is still being run annually. The local historical society used to have fascinating material about the early events. Perhaps some members of the Northeastern Pennsylvania AACA Region can assist you concerning this historic hill climb.

jackofalltrades70
James, It was really nice visiting with you and your wife today. It was a pleasure to make your acquaintance and look forward to visiting and getting about more the next time you are in town. Sorry the garage was in such a shambles. Seems like there is never enough time to finish one thing before I have started on two or three other things. Have a Happy holiday season and safe travels Matt Edited November 26, 2017 by jackofalltrades70 (see edit history)
