1980s Buick V-6 Cutaway Motor Display Up for Auction at Mecum's Florida Summer Special

No doubt, that item would best be in a museum of some sort.  I can't imagine an enthusiast paying that much for it, unless they had lots of disposable income and a place to put it.  A cut-a-way 455 or Nailhead, a little bit different situation, by comparison.

As with anything "No Reserve", we'll see what its true value is to somebody.

Enjoy!

It's no reserve.  They might learn a hard lesson.  Here's the link:  No Reserve: Buick 3800 Series II V6 Display Engine for sale on BaT Auctions - ending July 29 (Lot #156,282) | Bring a Trailer

What if we all put in $5-$10 each and bid on it, then donated it to the Buick Motor Car Museum?

I guess somebody's going to get a nice tax write-off for a donation to a charitable cause?

I don't know, not me.  I was proposing we donate it as the BCA.
