For Sale: 1963 Dodge Dart 4dr Station Wagon, 6-cyl. manual shift - Project - $7,000 - Denver, CO

1963 Dodge Dart wagon for sale by owner - Denver, CO - craigslist
Seller's Description:

Slant six, 225 cid, three speed column shift. Electronic ignition, GM HEI conversion. Very smooth running for an inline six. Single throat carb, I have a so-so 2bbl intake and dual throat carbs--3 of them.  Wheel bolt circle converted to 4 1/2 inches.
Front disc brakes. Anti sway bars front and rear. Subframe connectors. Differential from a '73 Barracuda 3.23:1. Good tires. Speedometer is accurate. Probably other stuff I can't think of.
New headliner. New seat upholstery front and rear. Decent newer carpet. All door weather strips new. All glass channels and fuzzys new. Tailgate weatherstrip made from trunk weather strip material.
Nice stereo with kick panel speakers. Subwoofer under driver seat. Clutch replaced 5-6 years ago. Clutch now chatters on engagement. Steers straight and stops great. Front wheel alignment within last 50 miles.
Some small dents and chips here and there. Some rust in quarters, less than most of this age.
All kinds of stuff goes with the car, depends on purchase numbers. I have a complete under-dash air condition system, all new parts. Could maybe go with the car. I'm too damned old to work on it anymore.
$7000. I will listen to reasonable offers.  Just need to see the car. I won't put up with any nonsense.

I have a '65 Dart wagon that is scruffier than this '63. I bought it from Wildcat Mopars (a salvage yard in Oregon) back in 2013 and spent the usual amount of time getting it roadworthy and reliable. It's been a tremendously handy and usable old car, so you can't go too far wrong with this one.
