The 55er Posted February 15 Share Posted February 15 I'll take a stab at it, I think it's an upper bumper rail for 1946-1948 Buicks. I don't know if it's a front or rear but it mounts horizontally and connects the bumper guards together near the top. Just a guess, if I'm wrong so be it.
