alsancle
Those skylark wheels might be worth some money. I love the body style but is the asking price appropriate for a car suck in the side yard? 1
auburnseeker
The paint is going south. T he interior, though clean looks wrong to me. I'm pretty sure they didn't offer green velour . Not to mention needing some Mechanical work. I would say 12-15 is probably market.

I'm questioning that interior also.
suchan
Nice-looking car. It's a pity it was left outside. Is that steering wheel/horn ring setup original? Looks like it'd be really easy to accidentally sound the horn. Doubt the seller is going to get what he/she considers "serious offers". I think Auburnseeker's got it nailed on value.
Hans1965
I paid 10 grand for mine with really original interior. Steering wheel is correct. 47 had the marble like steering wheel, 48 the black one that was used until 53.
Pete Phillips
Interior upholstery, color, and pattern on the green car is completely wrong. Clutch is probably stuck to the flywheel--easy fix. Jack up the rear end, start the car (wheels will be turning), then drop the jack quickly. Clutch disc will come loose from the flywheel. Have done this fix many times. Hans1965
These cars look best in black. The green doesn't suit it well.
alsancle
I don't like the interior but there is something about decades old oxidized paint that makes me feel good about what might be underneath. Surprisingly I don't mind the skylark wheels either.

Hans1965
I can only repeat myself, the straight eight with manual transmission is just a wonderful combination. Of my 5 Buicks I would sell my 47 sedanet at last. Drives nearly like a modern car in city traffic. Juicy enough with excellent brakes and an unbelievable amount of style.... 1
