 Whew, does that interior look nice!  A 427 V8 under the hood with power steering steering and power brakes but no A/C.  I believe this has power DRUM brakes so the driver better watch it when using the power out of the big engine because the brakes won't save you in a panic!!  That steering wheel looks like it's out of a late 60s early 70s Gran Torino!  I do agree it's a lot of car for the money!

No they were standard disc brakes.  4 piston Kelsey-Hayes, a good setup. 

You can tell by the little disc circle on the brake pedal.
