Sure would like to see some pics of the interior and the engine compartment. Nice looking car, but black is not my favorite shade.

So many 1958-1960 Lincolns are black or white--

or add red if a convertible--that one might think that

Lincoln offered only those colors.  The black and white

preponderance continues for Lincoln sedans through

the 1960's.  Yet, there were so many other possibilities!

 

The $16,500 asking price sounds pretty realistic if

the car is as nice as the pictures imply, especially

in view of the $12,000 recently invested.

These cars are beginning to look more appealing everyday.I squeezed a '56 Cadillac in my garage for a few years, but that Lincoln just won't fit!

I think a person buys a 58-60 Lincoln for their period quirkiness.  It's dated, and unique but I have never, ever heard of a critique of these cars that can explain them as good looking.  They are ugly.  But, I don't hate looking at them, if that makes sense. 

 

That fellow in Maine who passed away, Goldenrod Garage, had a Hess & Eisenhardt for many, many years for sale I think in the $20,000 to $22,000 range.  I liked it a lot because of the thicker C Pillar which balanced it out.  I wonder what happened to that car?  It was black too.
