Is this a cobbled together set of parts or is the chassis by one manufacturer? Did you have a price in mind? A starting point? What condition are the parts? Have you had the motor running? Is it in driveable condition? It looks to be a very early style 6 cylinder chassis with chain drive to the rear end and what I can see is in very nice condition.
