This Sheriff drives a Corvette!

Recommended Posts

Confiscated cars, seen this a few times.

I heard a story of some Vette that the police couldn't get to run properly and auctioned it off.

Turns out they never opened up the air cleaner, it was full of dope.

About 15 years ago the Wake County (Raleigh, NC) Sheriff Department seized a current model year Corvette in a drug raid, left it unmarked and used it to catch speeders. Our Corvette club, Corvettes International, of course invited the Sheriff to a meeting and made him and the car an honorary member.

While I have yet to discern it, I'm sure there is some AACA purpose behind this post? Antique Automobile Club of America, for those who are confused about the interest of most members. Please save these types of posts for your facebook chums.
