I found this tool laying under the seat in my 1929 Diamond T truck.

Would this tool be automotive related. ?   Has embossed on one side ( APARKER-KALON CORP. N.Y. USA ) other side has (Dropforged Steel     No. O.X.Metal Punch  Patd. Jan.21.19.)

Of course it's a punch but what would it be used for if related automotive ?

Looks similar to a Whitney punch

^^^THIS. It's a sheet metal punch. It's not particularly automotive related, though people use them to punch holes in patch panels where they want to rosette weld.

Would have come in a kit with several different size dies for punching holes.

Some guy somewhere is wondering where or which rig he left that in. As he has the kit.

I had a pretty good test tach that I used pretty much every day.

I am positive that I left it in a boat, but don't know which one.

It just went missing once.
