Did not know that about dual headlights.  Might just be me there seems to be something off with the tire size?  The skirts make this into a land barge (Like it needed much help) but something about the tires could even add more to that look.   Color is nice. Different.  But I just see something distracting in the tire department. I just see early 1960's cruising written all over this look like with American Graffiti but it is missing something I can't place

The skirts give the car a very different look as opposed to without skirts. (Pictures from the internet):

Skirts and dual antennas give it more of a "crusier" look, IMO.  Also, I don't know if the narrow whitewalls are correct.

Yes, the skirts do give the car a very different look, it’s called fugly. I like the car in these photos better. No skirts and a much better color combination.

Exner was doing some great design work during these years.  Unfortunately, his designs started trending in the opposite direction as the 1961 model year approached.  Actually, I like the '61s and the plucked chicken '62s, but these '57s were just great.  The Mopars of this era may not have had the greatest build quality, but their designs - my opinion only - were far ahead of the offerings from GM & Ford.
