Spinneyhill
Was there a specific application for this GUIDCO tail light? Diameter is 4-5/8", depth is 2-3/4". (depth edited to correct value). Thank you for your help. Edited November 11, 2019 by Spinneyhill (see edit history)
keiser31
Looks like a 1927 Chrysler item.
KURTRUK
Is it missing the plate that says "STUDEBAKER STOP" ?
studeq
Similar to the lights used on the 1927-29 Studebakers. Looks like the rim is nickel rather than chrome so probably '27. Some like on the FD below (and Presidents) had the bucket in chrome. And yes some but not all had "Studebaker Stop" in the red part at top. 28 Chrysler
The mounting studs are horizontal so they aren't Chrysler. They look like Studebaker or Franklin with the stop lens with 45° ends.
Spinneyhill
Thank you for your replies. I have edited the overall depth to 2-3/4", which is more correct!

While I have parts of one, I grabbed these photos from a for sale ad elsewhere. Richard Quinn is he man to accurately answer your questions on these. studeboy
I think these were used on other makes with different plates in them for the brand name.
