Are you sure? Commanders were discontinued in 58 and were a different body style in 64 when the model returned.

Yes, I can relate, that's why I commented.  For me, the Z-28 was replaced by a Cavalier station wagon.

Studebaker styling with the reverse looking C pillar stared with the Lowery coupes in 1953!  Stayed with them in certain models through the Lark series (same greenhouse, just different fenders and quarters!). May have hung around until 64 move to Hamilton Canada.

 

So, I will not say Commander, but most any 1953 to 1963 model!
