Stude Light
This is one of the most interesting threads I have come across, especially for history buffs like me. It covers the old manufacturing plants and, as I don't recall seeing it in this forum before, I thought I would post it. It may take a little searching around but there is probably something for everyone. http://www.atdetroit.net/forum/messages/6790/39227.html?1155003502 Scott
keninman
I know of two that are still standing in Indianapolis, The Stutz factory which is now a business center. Also one building of the Duesenberg Motors Company that now houses IndyGo's bus garage.

mike6024
I liked this drone video of the Packard Plant, trees growing on the roof and all. It looks like a big parking garage, open to the elements.
Restorer32
The Pullman factory still stands in York, Pa. It has been converted into housing for the elderly.

Brass is Best
Not sure if this counts. But this is E.L. Cord's home in Auburn Indiana. Still looks like it did when Mr. Cord lived there.

I took these in 2012. I have been to both places. If you get a chance to go to the Piquette Plant, that is the location where the Model T was designed. It is a very interesting tour. http://www.fordpiquetteavenueplant.org/ On the Packard plant, they are now giving "urban tours" of the plant. I have not been on the tours, but from what I have seen they are very interesting. http://shop.puredetroit.com/PACKARD-PLANT-TOURS_ep_48-1.html Edited January 9, 2018 by Larry Schramm (see edit history)

From inside the opening on the left of the picture above. Just one of the cars up on the third floor on display. Dad standing. (How many guys can you fit in a Model T? It is a well worth tour if you can make it. They even have restored Henry Ford's plant floor office.
