zipdang
While travelling on my home from South Carolina to Ohio after a great holiday, I came upon this rig heading north through Columbus, OH. I immediately awakened my sleeping wife to try and get pictures. She's a good sport and humors me regularly, so here they are. What is (was) this? Forgive the guy trying to sink out of the way of the picture!

Bhigdog
From memory looks like my 39 Chevy truck did at one time.................Bob
Marty Roth
Looks like a Chevy 216ci, and the front leaf springs would indicate not a Special, but rather a '40 Master 85, or something in the 1930s, but not with Independent front suspension - maybe a Standard Series? ... or possibly a Chevy Truck? zipdang
I wish we weren't travelling 70 mph or I would have asked the driver. Hard to do at speed...
Mark Simmons
I agree with Bhigdog it looks to be a late 30's - early 40's Chevrolet pickup 1/2 ton with the short bed.
TerryB
I really enjoy you naming it a Keiser Moment! Seems SO appropriate a title.
