I am always looking to add "lost" cars to the Registry. If you own one and are not in the Registry, PM me. If you know of one, let the owner know of me. It would be interesting to determine how many in each state and other countries. These rare cars are finally rearing their plastic front ends out of barns and garages for restoration. Considering the number that are going across the various auction blocks in mostly restored condition, parts are available to those that search correctly. Parts are expensive, and it one passes on a part, waiting for a better deal, they will have lost both time and money--prices do not go down. Considering that I am the point man for Kaiser Darrins, I was never asked for a fuel pump by anyone in this thread. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

AC Fuhrman Posted February 5, 2016 Share Posted February 5, 2016 (edited) DARRINS.pdf I took this photo at the Chemung Valley Region AACA show in Hornell, NY in 2001. The picture was used in the 2002 AACA Calendar, (September.) All three cars are Darrins, two Kaisers and a 1940 Packard Darrin. (#40 of 41 built?) At the time all three were owned by CVR members. Last I heard the two yellow cars are in the Demurs collection in Canada, the mint green Kaiser is still in the Corning, NY area.(You may have to adjust the photo some - I'm not a good scanner.) thej63 Posted August 2, 2019 Share Posted August 2, 2019 There's a place in orlando called "M Bar." It's a private car collection that the owner decided to turn into a bar as well. They have a private event space off of the bar called the Darrin room. There are 10 Darrins in that collection. I've been meaning to get over there to see the cars in person.
