Machinist_Bill
Too bad they ran out of flat black rattle can. It was starting to look good!
R.White
Can no-one here afford this one? I couldn't afford to take the hit. It would probably cost me more to import than to buy and then make a loss on the deal. I guess this one has got less chance of surviving than a Rhino in a poacher's sights. Ray. MikeC5
It appears amazingly rust-free. But there may be some skillful bondo work under that primer. It would be a shame to see it rodded.
Bob Scafani
1915-1928 dodges are the least desirable to make rods out of. The seller IS a rodder. This would be a good car for an amateur restoration and have some fun with.
MikeC5
It seems Kansas has a nice supply of barn finds... these guys usually have an interesting selection of pre-WWII cars.Model T Haven - Your source for parts and pieces of the car that made history. MikeC5
"1915-1928 dodges are the least desirable to make rods out of", why is that I wonder? Maybe we need to publicize the reasons...

Guest occrj
Tidy old girl isn't it, great shape too, although I'd have preferred to see it before the matt black lick of paint.RJ
R.White
You are right about the shape, Richard. It is a nice shape and I always thought that it was the coup which the hot rod guys went for so I too am mystified by Bob's comment. Ray.
Taylormade
The rodders seem to like a smooth back not the "bustle back" featured on the DB coupes.
Bob Scafani
generally the body shape is too boxy for the street rodders. Similarly tall T bodies were not favored in the 1960's and less so now. It is rare to see any Dodge hot rod, street rod. There are more rat rods which are usually built out of cast off bodies with rusted out floors and a few bullet holes.
