Looks like a Bugatti King aero engine U-16. At least one of these engines powered a race car in the 1920's in Pennsylvania using just one block. -

Walt, If someone has old Hershey race programs they may find the Mick Caruso Bugatti powered Midget. His junk yard was on Long Island, and he scrapped all the great cars on the Gold Coast.

Thanks Steve, there is at least one Offy Midget that raced in the Hershey Stadium that has been restored and won an AACA First Junior and Senor Award.
