  5. Hello Everyone I guess things are slow, I want to clear my plate of too many cars, therefore I am reducing my asking price by $1,000 to $2,750 but only for Buick club of America members. This car deserves a good home and someone who can get it back on the road. Thank You Steve
  6. Hello, Does anyone recognize these pieces? I think the window cranks may be from a 1937 Packard. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. Steve

  10. Hello Everyone I am also trying to clean up some old parts and have this NOS battery tray Group # 2.333 Part # 1331296, these are usually corroded and hevily pitted, this is a great piece in unused condition. $100 plus shipping. Thank You Steve
  11. Hello Everyone One of the LA Chapter members bought this NOS aluminum timing chain cover when he had a 1967 Sportwagon, but he never used it and has since sold the car. It is part number 1259587, he wants to sell it and I figured I will start here. He is asking $300 and will include shipping in the lower 48 states. Do these fit a lot of models or are they specific to the 60's Buicks? Thank You Steve
  12. Hello Everyone I have decided to sell my 1957 Buick Century Four Door Hardtop, it is an all original car with Factory Air and is an unrestored all original car, original paint, original interior in need of preservation or restoration. The car is a local southern California car since new and is 100% complete and very solid. I was told that the car will run by the previous owner who was an old time mechanic. I have owned it for a few years now and have not done much with it, it deserves a good home and TLC. I am asking $3,750 for it or best offer. Thank You Steve
  13. hi Earl I'd like to buy that from you. Please let let me know what shipping would be to CA. thanks Steve
  14. Hello Everyone What value would one place on a #3 Cadillac series 62 Convertible, that started life as a Series 62 Coupe, but was converted into a convertible with all working convertible parts. The car is missing the Courtesy Tag of the door jamb as well as the body tag under the hood. Looking at the car you cannot tell that it is not a convertible. So what do you think it is worth? Same as a coupe, more than a coupe? Looking for some ideas to establish a price. Thank You Steve
  15. I thought of tapping with #3 screws but was afraid of braking the emblem, so on removal I did not grind off, but instead raised the edges of the studs and was able to re roll the stud ends back on the panel. I am not sure how well they will hold, but luckily my scripts somewhat snapped back into the panel. Please let us know what tape you will use. thanks Steve
  16. The car is looking great and coming along very well. You may want to attach the Caballero script to the aluminum pieces before you go any further. I am not sure how you can attach them later with the trim on the car. Have you figured out a way to attach them later? thank you
  17. Hi Sherwood This is starting to look great, I am so glad you ended up with the car and that it will be on the road soon. Please put up more pictures. Steve
  18. Hi I would like to buy it for my 39 Roadmaster, that is if you don't find the original car. I don't believe I have the owners manual. thanks steve
  19. Thanks for the reply. It still had fluid in it and I pumped it to empty it out. but I only got fluid on the first pump after that no fluid was leaving the pump and it was half full.
  20. Hi Folks On a 1955 with manual brakes, I removed the master cylinder and once on the bench and full of brake fluid, it pumped out the hydraulic line once, but no fluid comes out on future pushes of the shaft. Any ideas why? Was it improperly assembled? The cylinder is in good shape and has a brass sleeve in it. Thanks Steve
  21. Hi Fred the four door hardtop is still available. Do you want me to email you a few pictures? thanks steve
  22. Thanks for the reply, I have the Steele channels, but unfortunately the 57 58 Buick Century has a curved bottom channel, it is chromed and a part of it is visible and follows the contour of the door. I can't curve the channels without rippling the sides. Have you made a set for one of these? thx
