  4. Aermore exhaust whistle. Brass and cast iron construction with a Fulton diverter valve. Diverter is for 1 1/2" OD exhaust pipe with adaptors for 2 1/4" ID pipe.   14. I've installed an electric fuel pump on our Chrysler and will also add an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Does anyone have a source for one of these? A few years ago, a friend had similar problems with his Packard Twin Six. He solved it by cutting the volatility of the fuel by adding 20% kerosene to the gasoline. Has anyone tried this?   17. We had our 19 Packard Twin Six delivered to Canandaigua, NY from the Texas panhandle. I started removing parts and found a very much alive black widow spider under the running board.   21. Hi, How is the fan belt adjusted on our 1926 Chrysler Model G70? The belt goes from the crank pulley directly to the water pump pulley. No idler pulley. Does the water pump pulley split with shims between the two halves? Similar to the VW Beetle? Any help will be appreciated. Bill Boudway

  24. Does anyone have repair info for repairing a gas gage on our 1926 Chrysler? The gage is the type with a capillary tube between the tank and the readout on the dash. I found 600 Wt Steam Cyl oil at a local distributor for Mobil products: Deckman Oil in Honeoye Falls, NY, (585) 624-1630 Bad news: I may have to buy a 5-gallon pail! This product is the first lube that was produced by Vacuum Oil Co, Rochester, NY in the 1880's. Vacuum became Mobil. Bill B.
