  2. Looks like you found the RR forum on line. I recognized your want ad. There is a very active group of RR'ers in Spokane, WA, - a RR town from way back. You might want to contact the Inland Northwest Rail Museum (websites below). They should be able to connect you with individuals and clubs that may aid your search. Check the "links" page as there are many other resources in the region. https://inlandnwrailmuseum.com/about-us/ https://inlandnwrailmuseum.com/related-links/

  6. Lincoln is celebrating its 100th birthday this year. To commemorate the centenary, Roadshow got an intimate tour of the company's archives in Dearborn, Michigan. On display were carefully curated historical documents, important memorabilia and of course iconic cars from the luxury brand's past, artifacts that celebrate the highs -- and acknowledge the lows -- of Lincoln's history. https://www.msn.com/en-us/autos/news/lincoln-opens-historical-archives-for-once-a-century-tour/ar-AAW2y3a?ocid=mailsignout
  7. There are evidently two similar Briggs (Body Company) '29 four door sedans. The soft top (black) and the metal top styles, in addition to the more common sedan with quarter windows.

  12. In 2017, a classic car enthusiast bought his dream car in Indiana, a 1959 Corvette convertible with a hard top. When he tried to register his new car in his home state of Kansas, the Kansas Highway Patrol seized it as "contraband." Under Kansas law, police are supposed to seize any car whose vehicle identification number (VIN) "has been destroyed, removed, altered or defaced." Such "contraband" vehicles "shall be destroyed." There is no exception. READ ON: https://www.msn.com/en-us/autos/news/car-restorers-threatened-with-jailtime-get-help-from-sema-and-barrett-jackson/ar-AAVgv4K?ocid=mailsignout&li=BBnb7Kz#image=6.
