  1. Everything that goes up in size for the general market, comes down in size for the general market. Sure, there will still be big payload capacity and crew hauling trucks, just they won't be the luxury passenger trucks they've become for the general public, they'll recede to the company and work truck segment again...where they belong.
  2. Solid black, matching or gray interior, no power options: funeral home or livery limousine.

  5. A crank-window Cadillac Calais! By the 1960's, power windows were an expected standard luxury feature for cars in the Cadillac, Lincolns and Imperials class yet Cadillac still had them optional on the lowest-priced Series 62/Calais line.

  7. Why deny yourself the enjoyment one of these '59 Edsels would deliver simply because neither is a hardtop or manual shift. Think of it, for $8,500 you could have two '59 Edsels!
  8. Only the 1958 Edsel had Tele-Touch push button transmission selector. It was deleted from the features on the reduced and rationalized 1959 Edsel Ranger and Corsairs. Since its the same seller, might as well add the photos of the gray Edsel too.

  10. Optimistically priced in the early months of the year, reality sets in toward winter, when storage looms large.
  11. "Only one chance in a lifetime" Everyone has his own idea of what constitutes a once-in-a-lifetime chance at whatever. Apparently this '53 Willys Aero Eagle hardtop didn't fulfill his.

  14. 1970 Oldsmobile Toronado - $9999 - Castle Rock, CO - Still available, price reduced to $7,800: July 2021, see current link below, https://denver.craigslist.org/cto/d/castle-rock-all-original-1970/7157264279.html Absolutely beautiful survivor car with only 47,967 miles!!! Has been sitting in a barn for 35 years. Last registered in Oregon in 1982. I am the 3rd owner. She drives like a dream and is great mechanically, and everything works on the car, even the a/c works, but needs some Freon added. Has brand new tires with 0 miles one them, and a brand new master cylinder and fuel pump. Along with a new optima red top battery and new cables. The muffler is a bit rotted so she’s a little louder than normal, but the car has 0 rust. It’s been stored in a barn for the past few decades, I have a picture included. It even has the original spare and owners manual. Has a 455 big block and is front wheel drive, really powerful car. The paint isn’t flawless, but I would rate it an 8 out of 10. The interior is a 9 just because of a small crack in the drivers seat. Mechanically the car is a 9 just because of the muffler. Clean title. I’m negotiable on the price and would love to see the car go to a good home. Call or Text joe Contact: Joe (Click 'show phone number' yourself if interested.) 15. According to writers on the Curbside Classic site, early '60's compacts are popular with urban hipsters. Funkier the car, the more in demand they are, this '60 American would be top of the list!
  16. 1951 DeSoto Custom - $7000 - Great Falls, MT https://greatfalls.craigslist.org/cto/d/great-falls-1951-desoto/7156428524.html 1951 Desoto Custom, a true Montana barn find! This car was in covered storage from 1973 to 2016 and has everything all original. In 1973 (service sticker) it had 43K miles, now it has 47K miles. When pulled out of storage, the fuel system had to be replaced with OEM parts and the brakes were all replaced. It also got a new set of Coker white wall tires. The engine leaks oil, the paint is chipped and the interior is slightly faded…as expected for a 70-year old all original classic. Everything on the car works as designed...except the radio. 21. The minute he decided to disassemble this Buick, he condemned it to become a street rod or be parted out. Shame on him if it was an original car.

  23. The best I can tell from the photos, they used the correct broadcloth upholstery material. Of course, in person it would be immediately obvious in look and feel. The pattern is correct for the 1952 Patrician 400.
  24. 1957 Plymouth Belvedere Sedan - $15000 - Aurora, CO - SOLD! https://denver.craigslist.org/cto/d/aurora-1957-plymouth-belvedere-sedan/7158330974.html Here is your chance to buy Christine's Cousin, of Steven King's, horror Movie. Christine was a red and white 2 door 1958 Plymouth Fury. This one is a Black and White, 4 door sedan. Only 3 of the original movie cars are known to exist. They used both 1957 and 1958 Belvederes, Savoys and Furys in the movie. They spent more money on the cars for the movie budget than the actors themselves. This is a Nebraska car that belong's to my father in-law. It has been sitting inside in his barn for a very long time. We brought it here to Aurora to sell for him. The car runs great. The big 318 purrs like an evil twin to Christine. It has a new battery. He had the carburetor recently completely rebuilt with the proper rebuild kit. All gauges and lights work except for the dial clock. The cool thing about this car is it is a push button automatic transmission. The outside of the car is the orginal black and white paint job that it came with. Paint is getting a little thin on the trunk lid and you can see the brown primer through the black paint. The Interior has been redone. The headliner had a little damage but not sure what from. Black carpet is in great shape. Odometer reads 38945. We have no idea if it is accurate. Based on the excellent condition of the car I am guessing it has not turned over yet. Nebraska Historical plates sell with the car. The car was recently professionally detailed inside and outside, engine compartment and truck. This car is a driver right now. You don't really need to spend any money on it unless you to repaint it. Some people like to just put on clear coat and keep the original paint. I have over 125 pictures available going every inch of the car. I can email you more pictures if you like. Car is stored inside my barn and can be seen and driven by appointment only. Please call or text Rex to come see it. If the ad is still posted the Car is for sale. If you are a CL scammer don't bother I know them all and have not fallen for one yet. CASH ONLY. IN-PERSON transaction only.
