  2. John- This is GREAT! We will make an effort to get our Opel, (69 Kadett wagon,) there, (and maybe a Buick too.) Thank you for including the Mini-Brute! Andy Fuhrman 😀
  3. I wasn't going to comment here but golly there are so many gripes! đŸ˜Ŧ I've gone since 1979, first with my folks, then on my own or with pals, then with my wife and our young family, and now with my grown kids and their friends...I LOVE IT! I look forward to it every year and really don't mind if there are some changes or space movements or adjustments or whatever. I'm just HAPPY we have a HERSHEY to go to! And I'm THANKFUL to the Region, National and the locals, volunteers and area businesses that WELCOME us every year. I don't care who wasn't there - I appreciate those that were there! Sometimes we enter a car in the show, other times not. This year I was able to hit race car evaluations - that's a hoot! Most importantly I reconnect with dear friends sometimes only this one time a year.- LONG LIVE HERSHEY!
  4. I rescued some Ford and Dodge literature from the rains - later bought a nice 1937 Buick shop manual. Bought an old model Mack fire engine, 2022 Meet t-shirt & bumper sticker, some delicious food and some Museum gift shop and Chocolate World items too. Think that's about it - oh there was plenty to buy - I was just better behaved this trip! Drove our 1966 Oldsmobile F85 from Virginia and entered in DPC - that was fun too.
  5. Condolences to Judy - Earl was one of a kind and a great asset to AACA and BCA. (And he played a mean fiddle!) He helped me one year with the Youth Program at Richmond Region's meet in Virginia; to see the normally gruff Earl working with the kids has been a great memory and inspiration to me. ☚ī¸
  6. Also following along - enjoy seeing other good ideas! Best of luck with the build! 🏘ī¸

  15. For Sale - 1929 Peerless 6-61 - Continental Six engine (yes back on the market,) but now it starts, runs, drives and stops! Cleans up pretty good too! Largely original upholstery with "spinning propeller" print. Still needs some tinkering up but an unusual car with a good foundation. Some documentation and spare parts. Asking $15,000 or Best Offer - located in Richmond, VA USA Lets find Perry the Peerless a forever home! 😊 Please call Andy at 804 833 1576 or email: andyfuhrman@rocketmail.com
  16. My Peerless/Boyce motor meter's mercury is "stuck" all the way at the top. (No it's not hot - just over time....) Someone suggested gently tapping the top repeatedly and this will cause the "red juice" to go back down. What do you think please? andyfuhrman@rocketmail.com
