R W Burgess
Thanks John. That sure is a funny looking 6 cylinder! Another case of me hearing an "expert" on the field say the car had a 6 cylinder for power. I never got the chance to see the engine...until now. Thanks for the correction.Wayne
Steve Moskowitz
I hope your camera is now broke Wayne! It looks like I need a serious make-over and to do something with my ever increasing waistline! However, I can guarantee you I was working!Seriously, thanks for capturing the pictures of the Coca-Cola trucks. My friend Ed Kovach and his son hand make those incredible models and they sold everything they had at the meet. They are real craftsmen and my only regret is that I cannot afford them! I needed to send those photos to some other friends of theirs.
R W Burgess
You looked fine Steve. I'll never say you don't work hard for our organization. As far as the Coke trucks and the flea pictures, they all came from Chris/Friartuck. I just didn't have enough energy to put his name on all of them. I've still got a few more to put up. Boy, to only be 16 again. Wayne

Ron Green
Ele was offered $600,000 (as per OCW) from Chrysler a few years ago for the Plymouth Belmont as they wanted it back. Smart lady as that was right before the Olds prototype went for over 2M at BJ.
Jay Wolf
I don't think underpowered was the problem.I had a friend who had a 1975 it had a Ford 351 Windsor V8 I think the car was made in Canada of all Detroit parts except the body.I think the unattractive colors and problem with the doors was it's downfall. The doors on his 75 were nightmares including trapping him inside more than once. Seems like it had and electric/air system sometimes taking several minutes to open the doors. The picture you posted was from the car coral at Hershey 12,000 miles $16,

I once stopped by 8 o'clock on a Sunday night to check on the hours of the library and guess who was still there??? Steve doesn't get paid enough for the work we get out of him. We need to give him a raise so that he can afford to go out and buy something other than an Oldsmobile

stock_steve
Just uploaded some more car corral and flea market photos (and just a couple of self-indulgent car show pictures), Wayne--they're all in "image pending approval" status. Thank you.
R W Burgess
Done Steve. We're spending the night in Wardonsboro South Carolina. Caught up with Leonard and Pat Parquette, who are also on the way to the tour. Should be able to start a new "Touring" thread tomorrow night.Wayne
stock_steve
Fantastic--thanks Wayne. I've gone and corrected a couple of typographical boo-boos from when I was uploading; everything's just right now. Thanks again & have fun touring!
stock_steve
Another couple of new Hershey Flea Market images just uploaded to "Pending" status as of this morning, Wayne--thanks, as always. What a shocking, tragic scene from your southern car tour report, by the way, with the old car on fire. So glad to hear the people were not injured. Cars can always be replaced...
LARRYCAROL
I have been following the posting of Hershey pictures & they are great. I took over 100 myself, but I have a small problem. I forgot to snap my own car! We were in hpof front row 2 cars down from the Mora & next to a 40 ford coupe. We have a 65 blue ford galaxie 4door hartop. If you have anything showing our car or even part of our car please post it or send to my email. ajmd@juno.com Thanx.
