Guest BillP
Not getting it, Steve. Just some web-hosting website. Is this the milk tanker converted to drive and float? He was going to go around the world or something but it got tangled up in divorce proceedings.
Steve Moskowitz
Can't figure this out...the http://www.terrawind.com works on my email message but your right, I am getting another site when I try it off my earlier message. No it is a floating, driving MOTORHOME! Ok, just tried it and it works off of this message!
6219_Rules
A True Land Yacht!!! Oh My God! That is the biggest automotive obcenity yet produced!!!eh....what's the gas mileage on it???
Guest BillP
OK, I see it now, Steve. Well that is clever. There will be someone, somewhere unable to survive without it. As an old friend, an Italian immigrant bricklayer and a very wise man frequently exclaimed, "God Bless me, America!".
Guest
Randall ~ Maybe the gas mileage depends on whether you are in fresh water or salt water. Is the speedometer calibrated for knots or MPH? I would like to hear Dave@Moon's take on this one. Drag him in.hvs
Guest imported_SKYSTHELIMIT
Amphicar would love it for towing his cars to the shows! However the price tag OUCH!

Guest imported_SKYSTHELIMIT
Sure you can. You just have to use two canoes instead of skis.
Steve Moskowitz
Howard, do you think I should approach the board on getting this as a company vehicle? Of course, given the nature of this job, it would have to be the armored version! Also of course, I do not need the one that houses the Mercedes but room for a Curved Dash Olds would be nice. This has to be one of the wildest ideas yet!
Guest
Steve, I sincerely believe that with a man of your caliber in charge, there will be no reason for gunfire. But I wouldn't put too much hope in getting that through on your expense account. You're good, but not THAT good.

Amphicar BUYER
I love it! The 1st time I saw it I was amazed, and I still am. They are also making an amphibious trailer that can haul a car and 2 jet skiis along! Also available as an option are 2 slide-outs with inflatable sponsons. The inside is as you'd expect for a million $ motorhome. I would dare him to follow me in my Amphicar through some 4' waves! Yee haw!

52deluxe
i seen this on tech tv a while back, the new version has pontoons that come out from the sides and inflate for added stability. i still think it would be cheaper to duct tape wheels on a old house boat tho :-)

Amphicar BUYER
Yes, thanks! The folks at Water.com are club members. You should see thier Christmas cards! (Really!) It is a far better Amphibious car than others recently announced and cheaper by $100K. They have a Subaru WRX engine and a Berkly out drive in the trunk.
