trimacar
Thanks for posting, I have a friend looking for an early 1940s Packard, I think they'd like a coupe, but this one would be tempting I'd think. Looks like a nice car, some of that wiring under the hood needs to be straightened out. 1
TAKerry
Beautiful auto! I was at a show a couple of weeks ago and there was one very similar to this. Up close and personal the side mount spares looked a bit bulky for the car. I always thought I liked that look and certainly would not turn the car away for that, but I think it would look a bit sportier without them.
bryankazmer
I like it a lot. Correct wheels would further enhance it, the chrome wires weren’t used until 1953
theconvertibleguy
WOw that's nice. Only downside for me is the price and how you'd work on the engine.

DavidinCA
It’s a pretty car. I don’t love the wire wheels, but that’s not too difficult to change. The spotlights are a different matter. I don’t love them, but removing them would be serious project since you’d have to fill the holes etc.

While they detract from the looks of the car on the outside, for me the real problem is the handle on the inside. It’s too close to the steering wheel making driving somewhat difficult.
