oldford
Not a starter, this is a generator used on industrial equipment like Lincoln Welders and Jaeger compressors late 40's Frank
Fordy
I have a Ducellier generator that looks similar and has the same drive setup. Unfortunately is boxed up and hard to get at to look for the nunbers. Pull the masking tape and see if there is more info hidden there.

drwatson
"GRM" prefix refers to pre-war Autolite Generators, GRM-4622, GRM-118 part numbers likely are component parts. Complete assembly tag appears to be missing. In the ballpark, Autolite's 1952 catalog lists several 1938-41 generators as "GRM-46nn"
