Bob D.
I bought a winged cap that was beautiful but it was 1 3/4" ID. My car takes a 2". Can some tell what the size should be?

You mention two sizes - what do you want to know? please be clearer, if your car measures 2 " than that is the size, I find your question a bit confusing as to what you need to know. Gunsmoke
Start with make, model, and year. For example, 1931 Chryslers (shown here had a winged rad cap, but the 8 cyl cars had near identical cap to the 6cyl cars, but about 1/4" larger diameter base. So specific model is critical (assuming radiator is original as well).

Bob D.
The car is a 1925 four door sedan Model 58. I believe it is the original radiator. My gladiator cap should be 2". I am asking if that is correct or do I have no-original radiator. The cap I bought add shower 25 to 26. It was 1 3/4 " The problem I have is there is not enough info in regards to the ID measurements to make a proper purchase. So, I am looking for a 2" id winged radiator cap. Any suggestions? 28 Chrysler
I have a Chrysler Model 62 that takes a 1 3/4" cap, I could swap you a 2" if yours is in good shape. Photos would be nice.
