dalef62
I am wondering what these headlights are worth, and to verify that they are 1931 Hudson. They are both complete(with the exception of the screw and clip on one at the bottom), but the on has damage to the chrome trim ring at the bottom and on the left side near the lens. I am planning on bringing them to Hershey and will be in space GBC 7-8. Looking for a fair price to sell them.

60FlatTop
Set them out at Hershey with no tags. Two old guys wearing Hudson-Terraplane shirts will walk up and one will ask "What are those old lights for, a Ford?" 2
Gunsmoke
Rare does not always mean expensive. However, I suspect those unusual ovoid shaped lenses are tough to find. I see a pair of lens on eBay asking $200. So I'm guessing your lights would be priced at Hershey for $300-$400 for the pair and you just need someone restoring a '31 Hudson who needs them. If bezels were in better shape, package might draw $500.

pkhammer
I have some super rare headlights I can't hardly give away because nobody needs them. If I owned these I'd price them at around $200 for the pair and hope that someone came along that needed them. Out of the thousands that will attend Hershey, there might be one guy there restoring a '31 Hudson. More likely a hot-rodder will think they look cool and will want them.
dalef62
Thanks for the advice, I do agree that the chance of selling them is slim. I just didn't want to give them away or over price them so prospective buyers would just walk away. If someone needs them I hope they stop by my spot and buy them! 😂
