TOM H. S.
Hi Levaughn, This appears to be a Vintage Car Repair Shop Air-Compressor HOSE & Tool cart. Acme made tools back in the day. See picture of an ACME Tool Box below. The Curved part at the top is where the hose would be looped and the handle at the top of the cart turned to release the hose. It just makes sense because I believe back in the day they didn't have the spring loaded hose retractors. Best Wishes

Looks like it to me. Couldn't find anything on google, though.
8E45E
Birdfeeder for the Road Runner? And the curved top piece slides down to remove his head while eating? The coyote wouldn't use any other brand to accomplish his goal. Craig
Levaughn
Below the word ACME, the is some writing that says "Steel" something. Between the C & M, is the image holding some sort of spool? Edited July 4, 2023 by Levaughn (see edit history)

drwatson
The Unknown item is a Steel Strapping Caddie made by ACME Steel Co. The big clue has to do with the character seen on the deteriorated decal, The character's body is the shape of a wire coil, in the decal he's waving his rt hand and waving a top-hat in his left hand. That same character is recognizable in upper rt corner of the attached fuzzy copy of a 1939 ACME catalog page that was on ebay. Edited July 5, 2023 by drwatson correct typo (see edit history) 4
plymouthcranbrook
As many pallets of printing materials I had boxed over 40 years I am embarrassed not to have recognized it right away. Obvious now that smarter ones than me point it out.
