John_S_in_Penna
That's a good find, Jake. Thanks. The 2-door hardtop today is probably much scarcer than its convertible counterpart, and this one looks excellent. plymouthcranbrook
And they cleaned it before listing! Will wonders never cease? 1
JamesR
I also think this is a cool car. The full sized Pontiac coupes looked good in '73 despite the big bumper mandate. IF the mileage is accurate I think it's well worth the money. Make sure the engine internals aren't deteriorated from neglect, though.
Brooklyn Beer
These early/mid 70's boats are starting to grow on me
deac
The car on the wrecker looks like it was under water.
suchan
Sharp car, but there's a good chance it needs a lot more than a detail and the repairs listed by the seller. Too bad there are no photos of the underside.

Now, I cut and pasted the photos of the 70 Imperial and the 77 New Yorker and they seem fine, for now. I don't get it.

I look at the wheels to see if mud has settled on them as a good indicator in pics. Top of rocker moldings. Not seeing anything showing underwater from the pic's. This car was rolled out of the barn and not seeing wierd stuff.

This is a good instruction for when we post pictures here: The first photo is still fine; the other two, posted using copy and paste, have disappeared. The first picture makes the topic a lasting reference. For the record, it was in Hillsboro, Iowa, with the last asking price being $10,500. The ad, still visible for now, is now marked as SOLD. I don't know what other 2 pictures were posted, but here are 2 more for the record. It looked like a nice car in an appealing color, and thanks for posting it, Jake!
