The four-door sibling to my late Aunt Billie's 1961 Galaxie Club Victoria. Colors, bright window mouldings and equipment, and always kept immaculate. She had her own beauty salon and also taught night cosmetology classes.

Always liked the bright divider strips in those years Fords' upholstery.

the dealer that sold that Ford new - Schildkraut of Jamacia, NY was in business a long time, sold Lincoln pre WWII era and my grandfather bought a new 1930 Model L Lincoln 7 passenger sedan from them as well as a 1931 Lincoln K LeBaron conv coupe and a 1937 L-Z sedan. The 1931 conv coupe was bought when less then a year old "used" it was bought new by jockey Earl Sandy who found he was to short to drive it comfortably. The 1930 model L 7 passe3nger sedan was a showroom display car that sat for a year on display and when sold to my grandfather all tires had to be replaced as those on the car had dried out and cracked and would go flat.
