I owned a 61 Electra Bubbletop.  I do not remember the chrome things behind the rear window.   Air extractors?  I don't think I have ever seen them or noticed them before.

Those chrome things are 1961 Impala trim pieces. Someone thought they would look good on a Buick. They don't.

Hopefully they didn't drill holes to install those. They could have at least painted the black inserts. The barefoot gas pedal is a nice touch

Jake, thanks for sharing your various finds.

You should try a different way of posting the pictures

into the forum, since they are all disappearing.

 

I tried once merely right-clicking "Copy" and then "Paste" from an 

internet ad.  However, I think that method has the problem of

the pictures disappearing from the forum.

 

Instead, I save internet pictures into my own computer as

JPG files, and then select those files to paste to the forum.

I believe that gives the long-term photo record that's so helpful.

The Electra's had a different roof and back window, never heard them called a bubble top
