Leif in Calif
Obviously a lot of expensive work has been done. Hate to think of the disappointment as the financial reality sets in. https://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/cto/7558079289.html $42,500 new restoration! The restoration started years ago and the Chrysler was taken to the shop, where it was completely dismantled down to the frame. The driveline was pulled and the frame and body were prepared for blasting, and paint. The engine was disassembled, rebuilt, and repainted. Meticulous care went into making sure everything was in order, even the lines and wiring in the engine bay were sorted through. All the engine accessories were also repainted to correctly match. Months later, the engine was finally reunited with the now bead blasted and painted frame and suspension components and the beautifully refinished Body adorned with Blue Turquoise paint . Several more months of interior work was completed, including refinished seats and interior components, floor mats, door handles, dash knobs, and bright metalwork. The restoration was a lengthy one occupying hundreds of hours. Hard to find this days wen the most business coupe's are gone. Comes with a original 1938 license plate and cover .Registration in my name with the FCH Historical services Ilnes finaly force sale $42500 call 214 991 5801 or e mail. 5029904aa8d831cca888cb30b0ffeb25@sale.craigslist.org
StillOutThere
If I were a judge, I would have to challenge the heater box being finished in body color. Other than that the car looks outstanding.
kingrudy
Beautiful car, sure like the way the skirts look on this. I have not a clue if the price is in the ball park or not, but a very nice restoration on a stylish car.

marty14
The restoration was a lengthy one occupying hundreds of hours and at of a cost well over hunderd thousend dollars above from the ad.......... I guess he must have had all the internal engine parts plated in gold as I can't see how it cost 100K Bummer as he is going to lose his ass plus one of his nads on this one. The warning here is a classic and I quote: Scammers do not aply we reconise all the tricks there are so old Edited November 17, 2022 by marty14 (see edit history)
