Xander Wildeisen
I have never seen a shoe box hearse. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1260587047807430/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A1a36f3d7-d402-418f-996e-6979562c04cb
Leif in Calif
Looks like a stretch shoe box! I guess a regular one would make the coffin hang out the back. Looks
Xander Wildeisen
For the budget minded funeral. Call Earls funeral home. We are the cheapest ride in town. And really, at this point does it bother you?
58L-Y8
Siebert in Toledo, Ohio specialized in these stretched Ford passenger car-based ambulances and hearses. They were among the lower-priced lines of professional cars completing with National or Superior Pontiacs and Barnette Chevrolets. Small town emergency service and funeral homes who couldn't afford the Buick, Cadillac or Packard ambulances and hearses could avail themselves of these. 2
Dosmo
Here are a couple - the black one is from The H.A.M.B. - the green one has been on my computer for so long, I don't recall where I found it.
Xander Wildeisen
Both of those pictured are different body styles from the original post. They must of had a few choices when ordering your custom body.
TAKerry
The black one pictured is particularly interesting. Not only is your final ride in a 'cheap Ford', but when you get to the final destination they pull you out of the trunk! 2
63RedBrier
I don't know if the black one is long enough for a casket, unless there is no front passenger seat and during your final ride you can chat with the driver...
Xander Wildeisen
Like a ride at the carnival. You have to be taller than the clowns hand. To go in and on the adult ride.
Leif in Calif
About 10 years ago, in my working life, I visited a firm in Southern California that was making super stretch limos. Everything was done on site, including bending the very dark side window that was 11 feet long. All hand labor, and the finished product looked really good. Shows it's still possible.
