Because there are too many cars parked in the way? This guy had quite the collection. But all of them are in process. Short attention span I guess. If you look at his other ads you can catch a little more of this car. Like the Chrysler “70” (which may not be a 70) ad. "Hey! he was still "in process", that's the way you want it, you don't want to run out of things to do". I probably WAS really sad for who ever has to deal with all he left!
