Exterior color: Blue
Fuel type: Gasoline
Seller's Description
57 buick special with a 364 nailhead and original 3 speed transmission. Car is a runner and driver and just needs little things here and there to really shine. Engine runs like a top and starts everytime. Has the rare 4bbl intake manifold in it with a new summit carb, new radiator/fan setup in it, tires have less then 1k miles on them in the last year, new wheel cylinders all around, new brake lines, fuel lines, gas tank, fuel pump. Converted to a one wire GM alternator. Car gets tons of looks and compliments. Price obo but be reasonable or I won't even respond. Thank you.
Edit: has scare bird front disc conversion installed right now on it. Have power brake setup ready to install on it and old brake master is remove so you can't unfortunately drive it home. We can start it up so you can hear it run.

Been for sale a while.  I messages about it in September asking for additional photos including interior, trunk, and underside and these 4 photos are what I got.  Not currently drivable as dash is all apart. Owner says they pulled the dash to do a master cylinder.  I really wanted it for the 3 speed but not looking to reassemble a. Basket case.

The car appears to be a Special, the least expensive

of the four Buick models in 1957.  It is definitely NOT

a Roadmaster, as the Supers and Roadmasters had

an entirely different roof line that year.

If the seller doesn't even know the model of his car--

or is deliberately lying about it--this means, to me,

he should be avoided.

In the ad text he says special. Facebook doesn't have "special" and most won't look into how to use the "other" function that allows you to manually enter a model.  Ome of many downsides of marketplace.
