This is on a library site where they have all old pictures of the area.  I was wondering what make and year this is.

Looks like a circa 1910 EMF 30 to me.

Edit:  Too many hub bolts and different bonnet louvres so not an EMF.

1909-ish Buick Model 10?

Looks to small overall for an EMF.

I too lean towards the small 1909 Model 10 Buick too.

One hint is look close and under the windscreen wood riser board you see a curved rounded cowl piece ,not a flat dash/wood fire wall.

Then add the larger then normal, for a smaller car ,oil dash lamps seen on many '09 ,10s.

Pluse the general Buicky shape etc.

Bottom of the "door" openings are exact.

 You know how I love these model 10s! This 1909 is similar to the 1910 the AACA Museum just sold.

Still upset about that!  Surrey body style.

The original photo looks to be a runabout with a shorter home made rear seat (possibly an old wagon seat) instead of the single seat a runabout would have.
