1932 PA Hood rests

Is there such a thing? Of the last 5 or 6 '32s I've seen, the hood is opened and folded over on itself.

Is there a correct hood rest for '32s?

Thanks. I was hoping there was a factory option but this looks like the way i'm going.

Just as a follow up, the above prop assembly was installed. I had to modify the rack to accept larger u-bolts, though.

With the unit installed, the hood sits up and out of the way and does not rest on the edge of the cowl. Very happy with the outcome.

dl456 is correct. The unit connects to the radiator support rods with u bolts. They are available at any model a supplier or summit, where I got mine. Relatively cheap at roughly 40.00. part number A6248. Comes with necessary u bolts for use on smaller diameter radiator rods. I upsized to 1/4"x3/4" u bolts to fit over the Pierce rods.

Sorry, no pictures. I'm not the greatest at remembering to take a photo when I finish a small job.
