Hard to get a feel for engine size from this angle. No license plate. I would guess it is an early model Illegal Roadster. I'm sure some experts will chime in with more detailed information. In AZ we refer to them as Ford Escorts... I don't think this is a match, but it's the closest POS match that I can think of with a similar ribbed bumper. In my example below, the tail light and fender mold are wrong. Whatever the car on topic is, my guess is the gas tank will be on the right side due to the section they left in tact.. same as this example...
