Convertible body by Austrian F. Keibl according to Allgemeine Automobil Zeitung (A) 1.7.1927. There were also a similary looking Hispano-Suiza and an Isotta-Fraschini by the Viennese coachbuilder, the latter wrongly labbeled as a Steyr Austria by Werner Oswald in his otherwise eminent Deutsche Autos 1920-40.

Horizontal, black and white photograph showing an exterior view of C. J. Pickel, sales manager at the Hallenberg-Wagner Motor Company, demonstrating the roominess and seating arrangements of a seven passenger Ford V-8 sedan. The sedan is parked on a residential street and Mr. Pickel is standing next to the car and looking in through an open passenger door. The photograph was originally taken for use in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch automobile section. The job file also includes two photocopies of newspaper pages featuring the photographs and brief captions. One or all of the images was also used in the Westliche Post.medlarge.jpg

JACK JOHNSON POSING NEXT TO A CAR IN FRONT OF THE ARCHER-MANN MOTOR COMPANY, 4057 LINDELL.Horizontal, black and white photograph showing Jack Johnson posing next to a car in front of the Archer-Mann Motor Company at 4057 Lindell. He is shown leaning against the car and smiling with a cigar in his mouth. Cars can be seen on display through the large showroom windows in the background. Johnson was the first African American to hold the world heavy-weight boxing championship, and he held the title from 1908-1915. The job file includes a photocopied brief biographical article about Johnson from an unidentified book.
