Nice to see an old friend. I always went by to see it when a docent at the Blackhawk Automotive Museum in Danville, California. The work on the Tulip wood body is something to be admired. Note the bird figure located on the front splash pan. It was relocated from the radiator cap. Also the copper plated bright work is unuaual and works well with the body color.

Well known is a given.  But it is still remarkable IMO.

The 'metal fenders' thing is news to me, and I shall look into it, thank you.
