Guest AlCapone
We honor our Veterans today when in fact we should honor them every day because they certainly deserve it ! Many paid the supreme sacrifice but they all offered to do so. These are the people that made America the fine country it is today. Thank you, thank you and thank you once again for being the very special person you are! With great respect and admiration from Wayne in Canada

Restorer32
My uncle, still alive and well, was in the Normandy invasion. Had it not been for the weather delay he would have hit the beach on his 18th birthday. Like many then, he lied about his age to enlist, mostly so he could get 3 square meals a day. I can't imagine being 17 years old and knowing what they were expected to face. He readily admits to wetting his pants out of fear waiting to board the landing craft that was to take them ashore from the ship he was on. God bless all veterans. Dave Mellor NJ
When people pray for frivolous things and wonder why they're not coming true they should stop and think of the service person facing death and praying for god to pull him through. Then retract their prayer and ask god to help that service person in need. Navy 68-
