JACK M
There is a small spring that pushes the glove box door open when you push the button.I have three broken springs so they must have been problematic.I fashioned one from a piece that I found in drawer at the hardware store but I don't like it very much.If anybody has a source for one of these I would like to know about it.I had to heat the hinge so I could bend one side out of the way to work on it so I doubt these ever got fixed. But the box needs to be pulled open rather than popping open by itself. Call me anal.

I have it kind of working but the spring I found is just not right. Yes, I can see the fingernail method may have to do.
Guest traveller816
Hi, does your car still have the small "Royal' script on either side of the cowl? If so could you send me a picture please as I'm missing one on my 42. Not sure if they'll be the same. Also in need of wiper arms, would you measure and let me know, I think mine should be 9.5-10 inches long. I'm sure there are a few more miscellaneous bits but that's all I can think of right now. Many thanksSaul Edited October 31, 2015 by traveller816 (see edit history)
