  7. Well here goes… Is there any source where I can find the VIN number information on foreign make cars? I am looking at a mid-60’s Maserati and have no clue what YEAR it is Or if this number I see on it is the VIN. This happens more than once…. BUT I usually find a source for info on most cars. This one has me stumped.

  9. Has ANYONE replaced glass in a 40? What did you use for rubber? What did you do for the center bar? Front AND rear glass is a problem with rubber parts.. Or I am not contacting the right guys??? I have spoken to plenty of Studebaker parts guys, just may not have found THE guy I need??? I made the ivory colored plastic inserts for the inside window garnish moldings.. The "wings" look great. Where can I get a nice set of door sill plates? Something other than 40 Commander four door work????
  10. I would like to convert the brakes on the 31 cabriolet to hydraulic. Does anyone have a complete set of parts to make the swap? Just to eliminate many hours and days of searching for parts, I would think that someone has a complete kit, or has all the parts sitting around from an early conversion that now has gone to rest in the back of the garage.
