Also added to the Buick`s standard equipment list for 1928 were Wolverine bumpers. All Standard Six models had dash monted gas gauges and painted headlights shells. The exceptiond to the latter were Models 24 and 25 which had chromed shells. 16. Thanks garnetkid. On my 1925-25 it is brewster green, and I have a friend with a Buick 1925-54 and he is painting his car sagesbrush green. Many thanks from Leif and my friend Kjell in Sweden.
  17. Triller maybe you need some help. I can read this in my Book American Cars 1805-1942 about 1932 Buick. Setting the Series 50 from other Buicks was their lack of chrome beaded radiator shutters and chrome plated hood handles.Their headlights shells were painted rather than chromed. But I have also read that Chrome were used on Buick Wheels 1929 too,but cant find what it was at the moment. Leif in Sweden.
  18. Mark,I beg your pardon. At the same Mark, or someone else I need help with the question about color on Buick 1925.Are Brewster green darker than Sagesbrush green. Leif in Sweden.
  19. On my 1925-25 Buick all plated parts are nickled.I don`t think chrome was used on Buick at all at this year.

  22. Hi.The first to do is to bay a Shop Manual or Motor Car Operation and Care for your 1923 4cyl.Buick.As Triller say the Engine looks the same and I think the drive line is the same too.But the body all over are a little bit different but looks the same. The radiator is lower as well as the hood, the doors what I remember are shoter on 1922,headlamps are differen,V-shape on 1922.The engine from 1924 are the same as I know as 1923.The frame are stright over the rear axle on 1922 too. Good Luck Leif in Sweden.
